Move recordings from the previous app

Recordings from the earlier version of Phonic need moving by hand.

The previous app’s iCloud Drive folder stays where it is, and may also be called Phonic.

1. 1Open the previous app’s folder in Files or Finder.
2. 2Move each recording into the new Phonic folder.
3. 3Rename it from .stmrec to .phonic.
