Record from your wrist, and the recording reaches your iPhone automatically.
Start from the app, a Smart Stack widget or a Control. The watch keeps each recording until your iPhone has received it, and wakes the iPhone app in the background to import and transcribe it.
Note · watchOS only starts a recording while the app is open, so widgets and the Control open the app first.
